Process

Step 1

Call (859-808-1211), text, or email us at mtdurbin223@gmail.com to ask us any questions you have and if you decide to proceed with your $500 deposit, request an invoice.

Step 2

We will generate an invoice for the $500 non-refundable deposit along with the Purchase Agreement/Health Guarantee for signature and email them to you.

Step 3

You sign and return the Purchase Agreement/Health Guarantee and pay the $500 non-refundable deposit using either PayPal, bank transfer or a credit card.

Step 4

We contact you again to determine the best method for delivering the puppy to you.  We can either bring the puppy to you (for an additional fee), meet you at a designated location or you can come to our home to pick up the puppy.  It is not uncommon for people to fly in to pick up their puppy.  Most airlines charge between $75 – $100 to allow your puppy to fly with you in an approved carrier at your feet in the cabin.  We can meet you at the airport.  We do not use pet delivery services.

Step 5

At the time of delivery you make the final payment either with a certified check or cash.
